Almost as obvious as "no living thing" is "no valuables". This includes money and jewelry when you ship a car. If you tend to take off your wedding ring while you’re driving, and set it in the cup holder, don’t expect it to be there when you get your car back from the car transport company. The odds are against it, considering the number of people who will be handling your car during auto transport. The same is true of any money you may leave in the car. The auto shipping company will not be liable for any of these items you leave when you ship a car.
